Agile Tooling - A Point, Counter-Point Discussion
Ryan Martens (Rally Software), Ronald Jeffries
Vendor Talks · Other
Tuesday, 10:30, 1 hour | Meeting Room 3
It has been six years since the authoring of the Agile Manifesto, and the technology and tooling landscape has changed since then. This conversation between Ron Jeffries and Ryan Martens debates the merits and weaknesses of tooling Agile. Ryan's foundation for the discussion will be Buckminster Fuller's quote on change: "If you want to teach people a new way of thinking, don't bother to teach them. Instead, give them a tool, the use of which will lead to a new way of thinking." As a signature, Ron’s perspective will start from the Agile Manifesto's "individuals and interactions over process and tools."
